What happens under TUPE (Transfer of Undertaking Protection of Employment) when I change to cleanoffice.co.uk?

Answer…

We have to take the existing personnel on initially, all staff will be retrained and evaluated. We then provide all the training and equipment necessary for your cleaning operatives to carry out every cleaning task to an excellent standard. We will then replace any staff, who continue to produce substandard work.

How can you ensure that you have trustworthy staff?

Answer…

When initially employed, all staff are reference checked, work permits are checked against passports or birth certificates and certified copies held in our personnel files. Criminal records checks are carried out where required. Utility bills are checked and copied to reference a home address.

How do you get the most out of your staff? 

Answer…

We offer constant on the job training, Our computer time and attendance system screens every operative in and out of premises via a personal code telephoned through to a freephone number, the computer then checks and only accepts the number if the call comes from the operatives workplace. This stops short time working, or any one else ‘standing in’ without authorisation, it also alerts the office to any unauthorised absenteeism.
